I didn't learn business in a classroom.
I learned it by building one business, then another, then another.
Over nearly two decades, I built and scaled companies across three completely different industries — technology, travel, and food retail. Not as an investor or external advisor watching from the side, but as the founder in the room making decisions, solving problems, and living with the consequences.
What looks like a success story from the outside was built through years of figuring out what actually works on the ground. Franchise systems. Kitchen standards. Staffing. Pricing. And the mistakes nobody talks about publicly.
